Metro Group completed a full renovation of a 1940s terrace dwelling, transforming it into a modern, energy-efficient home. This project highlights our dedication to upgrading older homes while maintaining their character and charm.
Scope of WorkMetro undertook extensive energy upgrade measures to achieve a B2 rating. These measures included external wall insulation, triple-glazed windows and doors, a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, new radiators, and attic insulation with warm roof insulation and waterproofing. We also installed DCV systems and ensured an air tightness rating of 5 or better.
