Scope of WorkMetro Group undertook a comprehensive renovation and fit-out of a 2000s commercial/office building for Entegro. The project included a full suite of energy upgrade measures such as attic spray foam insulation, advanced air conditioning, energy-efficient windows and doors, and wall insulation. Metro also implemented air tightness measures and completed all internal finishes, ensuring the space was energy-efficient and functionally enhanced. This renovation significantly improved the building's energy performance and modernised its interior.
